From Bicycle to Motorcycle

I made a decision to buy a motorcycle yesterday. It's a beautiful bike with lots of speed. But I'm not in a rush to go super fast. I completed my Florida motorcycle class and have obtained my motorcycle license and now I'm ready to learn to ride my own motorcycle, safe and securely. It's not a bicycle and I know that there are dangers, as my mom has worriedly pointed out, but I'm confident that I will do ok.

My boyfriend has driven a motorcycle for many years and he has many thoughts for me. I will listen and learn, but as the he and the instructors at the motorcycle class said, getting out there and doing it myself I will learn the most. So here goes...

Look and you will see the many, many motorcyclists.

Oh, btw, in case you're wondering what kind of motorcycle this is that I bought it's a 1992 Suzuki Intruder 800. Oh, and also, my boyfriend rode my motorcycle home for me and he says it can haul butt and it's faster than his. But I think it's because it's lighter. He has hard saddle bags and a tour pack, and his weighs a lot more. The next time you see this motorcycle it will have it's saddle bags attatched and hopefully a couple other additions I would like to add. But first things first, I must ride it well.

If you have any suggestions for me leave them in the comment box below and I will hear you. Thanks.
